Editorial illustration of a perpetual software license certificate with a seal.

The short version

You pay once. You own a license to use the software forever on your own machines. We don't revoke licenses, change prices retroactively, or move features behind subscriptions after you've paid.

License

When you purchase a nosub product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that software on your own Mac computers. The license is perpetual — it doesn't expire.

You may install the software on any Mac you personally own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use the software in a commercial product or service without our written permission.

nosub's branding, build tooling, and additional features are proprietary.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refundif the software doesn't work on your hardware. Email support@nosub.dev with your order details and a description of the issue.

We don't offer refunds if you simply changed your mind, but we'll do our best to help you get value from the software first.

Updates

We ship updates on a best-effort basis. Major version upgrades may be paid, but we'll always be clear about this before you need to decide.

We don't guarantee any particular update cadence or that we'll add specific features. We do guarantee that the version you paid for will keep working as long as macOS supports it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nosub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software or services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your license — we won't retroactively change the deal.
